just wondering if anyone out there is having trouble with there bold turning its self off all the time and having trouble hearing out of speaker phone and normal speaker. We have gone threw 3 refurbs and now this new one and i'm getting a little tired of it lol. So any help would be great thanks.

The problem with the turning her Cell Phone Off:
What OS are you using in your wife's Phone? Sometimes some OS have some Bugs and that what it cost the turning OFF.
Now the Speaker: Do you use your head set that it came with your phone?
I have a Bold and I use the Head set and for some reason when I'm Finish using my head set, I couldn't hear my phone calls.
First day I had random restarts but no problems after I upgraded the OS from .167. The earpiece sounds great, and the speakerphone is...supercalifragilisticexpialidocious Have you tried the latest OS?

I installed .262 and my phone started shutting itself off. I upgraded to .282 and have had no problems since (knock on wood). The shutting itself off was a huge inconvenience
