I really need all the help i can get please

I installed the 5.0.190, and worked prefectly, but there were some issues with some apps i use, so i decided to do a full downgrade, i wipe the phone using JL_cmder and then i tried to install the OS 4.6.157 tru the apploader and it seemed that was sucsseful BUT the phone now keeps crashing in the loading screen, the phone never finish loading complete, it keeps restarting over and over again i dont know what to do, i need help please!
the Desktop manager doesnt recognize it, so does the apploader and the JL_cmder!

plug in the device to the PC with the battery out, open up loader.exe and reload the OS....i suggest OS .297, is the newest release from AT&T....

it doesnt loads! black screen with red led, keeps rebooting then!
