    I have a bb id because I have a Playbook, I have purchased a used bold 9700 and I'd like to add
    free games to it but when I log into bb, it says that the free phone apps cannot be used on my
    Playbook. How do I get bb to know that I have a Bold now and not just a Playbook? My phone came
    with no disc/box etc. It had b buzz on it originally but my son deleted it because we didn't know
    what it was; now that we know, we'd like it back. I have no data on this phone, it's just a payasyougo.

    Have you logged onto BB world via the app on your phone via wifi?

    I have not. Since I have no data I've never hooked it up to wifi. I've only tried to go via my pc.
