My mother have a 9700 for quite a long time, she personalized almost everything on her phone, wallpapers,ringtones, and all that stuff. And it works perfectly. But today, she found out that every time she reboots her phone all of those customization is like, turned off. the wallpaper was the stock one and also all of the ringtones are the original ones. did anyone encounter this problem? I need help on how to fix this, thx.
