For some odd reason tonight, outlook 2003 would not mark inbound emails as being read/opened when I read them on my bold. I have already hard-reset my bold, re-add the gmail account on my outlook as an IMAP, and also re-add the gmail account on the blackberry att server also. Nothing seems to work. When I get a new email, it would go to both my outlook and bold about 1 second apart.
Has anyone encounter this or know how to fix this? Everything was going fine until tonight. It was working earlier this morning and have been for months but I have no clue what happened. I even reverted back to my backup last week.
