    Hi all,

    I have backed up my BBMs and SMS using Blackberrys Desktop Software. I just needed to know the below

    1) How can I view these BBMs and SMS's on my computer in a readable format as a chat with all the details such as name of person chatting with, date, time etc etc?

    2) Is there a way to print these readable chats with all its details from my computer?

    This is a rather urgent request so any help would be much appreciated.
