Haha!...the stock/OEM bezel is plastic. I have sanded and painted enough OEM bezels to know....try again dude!

Yeah, but even with sanding/wet sanding it down it doesn't look very good so a nice painting would is necessary.

I dunno, I did a dry sand and it looks pretty decent just needed a clear coat really. It is a bit more dark grey than black.

So I got a white high gloss bezel from BerryMods. Some areas aren't perfect but welll worth the 25 bucks for it.
