In desktop manager for mac, on the left under summary, select "contacts".
in there, next to "sync contacts", click the picture of the bb and computer with the x between, and a drop down menu appears. select the option with the 2 green arrows. then (assuming your bb is connected, if not, connect it) click sync on the top right and let the magic happen. the pictures from the mac address book will sync as well as contact photos.
