    My bold has been completely perfect until yesterday! This is when it started hanging up and I would have to do a battery pull and when it wasn't hanging up, everytime I would try to do anything on it, it would have a major 5-7 second delay! This isn't normal, or at least it hasn't been doing this. Nothing has changed, I haven't removed or added anything to the bold. I did send a service book in hopes this would help and it hasn't.

    Any ideas? This is driving me NUTS!

    If doing a battery pull doesn't help, I would suggest swapping it out with a new Bold, while you are still within the 30 day return period. I had to swap the first Bold that I got out for a new one, and so far, this second one is perfect.

    You also might want to update the OS because the one is ships with is horrible. It could be due to that.

    Something is running in the background. Do the battery pull, then make sure your are closing apps from their menus. If you have installed anything in the last week, I would look there first.
