    My BB Bold 9900 wont turn on, there is no red flashing LED light, it wont charge and it is not recognised by my laptop or Blackberry Desktop Software, I also don't think it's the battery that's causing the problem. Any advice would be appreciated!

    Is it under warranty? My PlayBook had a similar issue and it apparently had charging port damage; BlackBerry replaced it for free. First you might want to try a different charger and a battery pull. Hope this helps!
