All of a sudden, my pics are NOTHING but streaks. I can't see anything but streaks. Anyone else having the issue?

i had this issue when i upgraded to os6. did you just get the device? what os are you running? how long has this been happening? have you tried pulling the battery?

Haven't pulled the battery yet. Its in a holster and a pain to take it out. I've had it a year, been on os6 for several months with no issues. Just started today, took pics a few weeks ago, and they look great.

I'll try pulling the battery to re-set.

also try taking the pics with the trackpad rather than the side button. its an os issue though

Definitely pull the battery. If that doesn't work reload the OS
