So I love my 9650. Worlds better than the Tour. I received one of the boxes with a blue sticker and the phone was being somewhat slow, so I decided to reload the OS.

I used crackmem, and now the boot up takes 5 minutes.

I know that doesn't seem like a long time but it was booting up after battery pulls in under 2 minutes.

Did I mess up my blackberry?

I wanted to add I was having other issues. When I initially tried to reload the OS, it told me my device had insufficient memory.

Earlier, I went to take off some of the useless things such as Sudoku and it wouldn't even let me in APP loader saying insufficient memory.

Actually I have noticed that my Bold has been booting really slow lately. I thought it was just the specific phone I had but then I replaced my bold today due to the tilted trackpad and now the new one is still booting extremely slow! I was thinking of shrinking and reloading the OS maybe that will improve boot time. I'll let you know if it does.
