hi well for the last few days my 9900 has been dying really fast it will show 5% battery life then once i plug it in it shows 75%, also it has been restaring (powering off completely) and the only time it will stay on is when it's charging either via wall or car, i have also restored the phone via desktop but everything was still on the phone when it cam back on so i'm not sure if i did it right, what other things can i try i please help i don't want to have to buy another 9900

also would reloading a new OS help fix it also how would i go about doing that a step by step instruction would really help me out

Depending on your charging habits, you could just need a new battery.
I would go to a store tell them you want to try that solution IN THE STORE and if it keeps presenting return the battery or if you can afford, keep it and have a spare.

the main issue is that it keeps restarting and it only works when it's plugged in i've done many battery pulls and no luck

Got to agree that trying a new battery sounds like a good first step in the diagnostic process.
