    I have some 9650's that I am swapping out as they die. Got one in today that wont turn on, have changed the battery, still wont.
    The LED light is blinking a pattern though, does anyone know what this means.......

    Flash..........Flash..........Flash, Flash, Flash, Flash.

    Then repeats.

    Any help would be very much appreciated.
