First 9700, crooked trackpad. went to local telus corp. store and tried out 5 9700s (all they had) and all was unsatisfiable...

Went to ANOTHER store 30 mins away and found a perfect one... but when I went home and put battery in and everything I see a tiny screen bleed (very tiny) but visible

Should I keep and try AGAIN!? Sigh...
when i look for a BB, i like having a stiff keyboard, straight bezel, noncrooked trackpad....

Yeah thats a tough decision, I have been contemplating for a couple days now if I want to return my 3rd one (which I thought was perfect) and take the chances of getting another shoddy one.

No. These are bb's are too expensive to settle. I had both the issues you had back in November. My third is perfect.

Do not settle and check everything before leaving the store this time.
