PDF attachments not coming through....
Hi all,
Had this phone for about a year now, no issues. However, I now have one odd issue;
I'm working with a large group of people and we all get daily emails, from one member of the group in particular, with a PDF attachment with call times on it. The attachment is there when I view the email on a computer, but not on my phone. No one else is having this problem, only me. There is a range of phones amongst us including iphones, blackberrys and android phones.
Every now and then one of the emails has an attachment but the vast majority do not. If I hit the menu button just to check, there is no option to open anything.
Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be..?
