Today I was at a friends house who has a bold.
He asked me to load up the latest OS for his BB.
When I connected to the PC and open desktop manager it asks me to enter a password.
What should I do?
He's bold is unlocked.

It should be the same password that he uses when he locks the BB.

Under Options->Password there is a choice for Prompt on Application Install. This was set to Yes, which forces DM to request the password.
