    I woke up this morning and jumped in the shower, and when I got out I had 9 missed calls from my mother and father. It seems my panic button went off last night while it was sitting in the cradle. Mind you, I hadn't touched my Bold since I put it in the cradle around 8pm, but they received the panic message at about 5 am.

    Anyone else having trouble with this program?

    I had an issue while testing it out, wasn't sure that I had been interested in the first place, and honestly the one small issue I had was enough for me to toss it aside. Sorry I can't be much more help.

    I think the program is a great idea. Imagine yourself in a situation where you can't call 911, like in a bank while it's being robbed, or a car accident. I have it set up to where I hit the convenience key 4 times and it sends off my panic message and my GPS coordinates to my whole family.

    But when it misfires it can cause the wrong kind of panic.

    I believe they're talking about "SmrtGuard":

    SmrtGuard :: Your Smartphone Guardian

    A subscription based service which offers a few nifty features. Not sure whether it's for me though, can't bring myself to splunk up the cash.
