    I have just picked up a very nice refurbished Bold 9000, all working fine just on OS v4.6.0.303.

    Desktop manager says there is no new update for the Bold?
    I have also downloaded the latest v5.0.0.1079.
    When I run Apploader.exe that informs me that there is no software to update either.

    Any help please on how to update to the latest OS?

    Sorted now... it has been a few years since I used a Blackberry.
    Just picked up this as I wait for the Bold 9900.

    Depending on the error, you may want to post the solution to your problem in the event that other users experiencing a similar issue read this thread looking for assistance. Just a suggestion though.

    It was such a simple school boy error that's all.
    Closed desktop manager then ran Apploader when I should have had desktop manager open as I ran Apploader.
