I lost permission to use BerryBuzz. I am being prompted to use the trial or pay for the full version. I have already purchased it but did not keep my validation number or whatever it's called. Not sure why this happened - all other apps up and running.

Might have to buy it again. Bit of a pain.

Just upgraded from .247. Got rid of the junk with CrackMem and then DM 5 for the rest. Seemed quicker than usual, with the backup option unchecked about 15 minutes all in all.

Still early days but memory after a few pulls is up to 51.8 vs 47.3 (both after idling for a few minutes), pictures on the memory card load up faster and after a pull it takes about a minute to get to the security check vs about 2-3 minutes on .247.

BUT...Did get an error ("uncaught exception error service in use" or something, thats all I remember) after the first two pulls but once I restored my backup and restarted it was no more! Figured it was probably one of the 13 apps installed which needed the restore for my custom settings.
Same thing happened to me except I forgot to backup 3rd party apps

After a few days, am really liking this build.

    More memory than on .216.
No annoying overlapping text I used to get on the browser in .216.
    No difference in battery life.
Haven't noticed any difference in speed - am usually on wifi though, which is so fast.

I think some of the other things I like are also on .247, which I never used.

    So far, so good.

Just about had a heart attack upgrading, though. Always makes me nervous.

^systech I'd say do it if you have spare time, you won't be missing much if you don't. I've had .266 for 1 day now, It's about the same as .247, no issues.

The most notable difference is that my memory has not gone below 45MB which is great and i believe a first.

266 over 247 - little bit better battery + better memory management. Still at 43mb after a day which is a first for me. 247 was subpar for battery life.

Have you tried going into your picture files and choosing Options and full screen? This happened to me once, and it was just that a setting changed.

Meaning no, the screen res has not changed.

I've been using the Beta for a few weeks now. No need to get this anyway. Works great, have had no problems, battery life is great and so is keeping my memory in check.

What is the most stable OS to run on the Bold because under .247 and .266 my phone randomly reboots (as if I had done a battier pull) while I am talking on the phone. I have gotten ATT to send me 4 phones and 3 battlers and have tried both OSs on them all and different combination of batters and I still have the problem.

I gotta say I'm glad people are makin out good with 266 cause my battery was horrible on it I went back to 247 and all is well again. Memory sits at like 40. Battery is extraordinary. I use my phone all day and charge like every 2 days

I had one reset the day before, and got two random resets within an hour today while listening to music... i dont consider this stable. what a shame, cuz its definitely a little faster than .247. Oh well, i'm going back to .247
