First time poster here. Am an IT consultant and have a client with an issue. We are using the BES 4.0, on a Blackberry Bold with AT&T.
When the client opens a .pdf email attachment, it is completely displayed incorrectly. Many times all of the text is missing, the spacing is completely wrong. She is insistent that other people can open these pdfs without problems on their BB Curves.
I have seen some postings on other sites saying that the pdf viewer software built into the BB has problems with adobe documents made in a newer version of Adobe.
I am fairly convinced, barring installing a third party pdf viewer, there is no way to fix this.
Please let me know.
