I've just been on the phone to o2 as I wanted a Bold 9700 and I'm due my upgrade, but they told me it was no longer available and wouldn't be coming back in stock. The advisor in the retentions department told me over the phone that it was being replaced with the new "Torch" in 3 to 4 weeks and I would be better off holding out for that. I asked but he hadn't heard of the 9780. Just wanted to share!
