First time here, as we just got new Blackberry Bold 9780s this week for hubby and myself.
Phones are working great, except hubby's phone doesn't receive Blackberry messages like mine does. I received a bunch of software and Blackberry App World messages this week, but hubby's phone does not.
I checked his account, and the box is checked to receive BB communications.
Anyone have an idea as to what this could be? Is there something we missed on the phone?
