    Be a little more specific? What OS are you running? What error messages do you get? There are threads that cover some issues but I unfortunately haven't seen many solutions. This is an issue on mine since upgrading to 5.0.

    im running v4.6.0.304
    ....i dont get any messages....it plays the audio but no video....
    unless it was recorded from the camra..

    its definitely the OS
    try updating to 5.0 or restoring it

    it actually depends on what kind of video code you try to watch..
    it definitely supports MP4,some kind of Divx,xvid,wmv files...
