    i've purchased 9900 online, its factory unlocked set. Everytime i try to set an email account it only provide an enterprise activation option.

    Take a look at your active security policies (options-type �policy�-click on �security status information�)

    If you see anything other than �secure GC enabled� it means that your device was previously operating on a BES. BES installs security policies that must be removed to operate as a �normal� privately owned device. Unfortunately, that process also wipes the operating system. Search this forum for �remove security policy� for very good descriptions of what needs to be done (at no cost other than your time to do it). Good luck.
