    I bought a bold today and called back to get the bogo offer. I used the other line's upgrade and was told that my line was too far away from being eligible. Wouldnt they just renew the 2 yr contract. And i think when i got my tour i was able to get bogo when the other line wasnt eligible.

    Are they just bullsh*ting me or what?

    BOGO is only for 2 new lines.

    that is pretty strange. it should be bogo. if you are paying the price of a new two year then u should be able to get bogo.

    Call again and speak to another CS person. Seems as each CS person goes to a different training class on every plan or option that VZW has. It has been really strange reading some of the comments posted on this forum in the last 18 hours or so. They argued about the free overnight and it says it clearly on their site that it applies. Some CS persons don't seem to have a clue as to what is going on and others are on top of what they are supposed to know. Really strange.

    to be eligible for the BOGO you have to have two lines that are eligible for upgrade.

    Yeah I believe both lines have to have an upgrade available. I was able to bogo when I ordered today for only $50

    I even said I was going to return the 9650 when i get it tomorrow and cancel the lines to move to sprint/att and they did nothing. We have been loyal customers for at least 8 years having 5 lines and never missed a payment and they still pull that crap.

    Yeah they don't really care to much when you say you're going to cancel cause they probably get that statement atleast 75 times day. Goodluck though with whatever you end up doing.
