    Does anyone know if there is a new OS 6 update for bold 9700?

    currently my version is

    Package Version: 6.0.0.1879
    Consisting of: Applications: 6.0.0.448
    Software Platform: 6.6.0.124

    Yours is .448 the newest is .650

    .650 has been getting good reviews, but not everybody had a good experience. If it's too much for you after breaking it in after a few weeks or months, try an older release .

    You should do a search for "vendor.xml." The sneaky b****ds have started including another one in their system. The location is something like C:\Documents and Settings\user\Application Data\Research In Motion\BlackBerry\Loader XML, but I don't remember exactly.
