Hello,

I had to borrow a bb for 3 days while I had a new 9700 shipped to me.

I have a backup from 5-20. I had the borrowed phone from 5-22. (So, backup every day peeps! I guess I lost 2 days)

Last night I put the 5-20 backup in the 9700.

But, I need the information from 5-22 till 5-25 that is in the borrowed phone.

How do I add those 3 days of activity into the new 9700?

btw, I had the 9700 three months ago...could not get used to the keys.....I had the 83xx to the 97xx drove me crazy! but now that I had an 89xx, to the 97xx, my fingers have been trained.... keypad is still a llittle small...but getting used to it, and it is now usable....yay! love the 97xx

Did you originally restore your 5-20 backup file to the 'borrowed phone?

If so, just make another backup of the 'borrowed' 9700 now, and restore that to your new 9700... sorted

If not, then you're goosed as you can't add a backup file to a previous one. The new file will just overwrite the data of the previous one.

oh, and how do I turn mobile backup on and off? that was driving me crazy!~
