    I'm having a new kind of error as im trying to backup my Bold.

    1-Sorry about the size of the image, ill fix it!
    2- Its portuguese, but i can translate it.
    The box sais: "Error making backup of your data" ( i guess this is the error message in english..).
    And it happens always when its backuping up the sheet to go prefs....

    Hmm...did you try unplugging the phone, exiting DM, (maybe even restarting the computer and/or phone), then plugging it back in and starting the DM backup process back up again?

    Maybe run the memory cleaner before trying it again?

    Check all your "to do" items. If they have a due date and a time, I have run into the error when my to do items have due dates and time. Also clear browser cache, history everything. Good luck

    "Open Desktop Manager>Backup and Restore>Advanced. In the device application box, select Browser Cache and then the "clear" button. Backup should work."
