I'm a new BB user bought "9700" while visiting USA. My service provider is Vodacom South Africa, phone works, receives SMS's but cannot send out with my SA sim, works with AT & T sim. Anyone have any advice how I can get my SA sim to send SMS's. I'm new at forums so forgive me if I'm breaching any protocols

I love the usability of the Bold 9000 and the pocket size of the Pearl 9100. For me the 9700 = 9000 + 9100.

The Postal Service is KILLING me!!! eBay seller in Michigan shipped around lunchtime on Tues via Priority Mail, and it still isn't here yet!! Was hoping to have it for the long weekend....I guess now I have to wait until Tuesday. Hopefully it will be here then!!

Hey let me know how it goes? I've had my 9700 for a good two weeks. Only issue I'm having is the battery life, when I had it for my first ( days it was fine now it seems as tho it dies by the end of the day. What's up with that, aint bb batteries tha best? And now my screen is flickering all of a sudden like its tripping. Idk if its one of the apps I downloaded or what I did a battery pull and restarted my phone but I'm still getting the flickeringness. Does anyone know how too fix it, I surely don't want too have too call tmobile and order a new phone when I just got it you know.!!!!!!
