So basically I've been trying to upgrade my unlocked Bold 9000 to OS 5.0, The blackberry bolt on hasn't kicked in yet, and wont for a few weeks, so i've had to upgrade it manually.

I install the OS onto my computer, then try to install it with the Applications loader with to the 9000. When I get to the menu that I'm suppose to check the OS to install, there's nothing there. Only two things appear and that's the BBM and App world.

I have tried to do this at least 15 times today but no luck, and every time i make sure I delete the Vendor.xml file.

Any help would be very much appreciated,
    Thanks.

There are now 2 Vendor.xml files.

    Keep that in mind.

If you simply download the one from O2, you won't have to mess with vendor.xml.
