    I've just got my awesomost BB9900 a few days ago, there is some technical problems i've faced last two days.

    When i woke up in the morning, when i tried to read my email, my bb9900 seems like looping following instruction endlessly:

    1)Select last row second apps from the left (Coordinate)
    2)execute command enter

    even if i lock screen and turn on again, it keep on repeating the same sequence,.
    I have to repeat the action of lock the screen and turn on the screen until the bb9900 back to normal again.
    I was wondering is there anyone facing this problem?
    How to i avoid to have this problem?

    Have you tried the traditional first solution to any BB issue, the good old battery pull ???

    What did you have before this 9900? If you had an OS 5 or OS 6 device and did a device transfer, then probably the options and ancient app permissions that are not even in use or some old app got transfered to your phone.

    The best thing to do when you get a new device is backup only your contacts and BBM contacts, memos, browser bookmarks, text messages, leave out everything else. You can do that easily by doing a selective backup using Desktop Software

    I would recommend you wipe your phone entirely now via BBSAK and do a clean install of the latest official OS

    Yes i did, i tried, once i've plugged in the battery, the same thing happened.
    I have to keep using the lock button to stop the insanity...

    @BG8

    It was an OS7 and i didn't do anything with the phone yet.

    I would still do a clean install of the latest OS and only restore the data that BullGuard8 suggests. In this way you can eliminate the posibility of some hardware issue.

    Guys, sorry, i'm a new BB user, but how do i perform a clean install?
    I've got contact and everything important backed up to BB protect.

    By the way, I think my OS is the latest:

    Software version : 7.1.0.428
    Platform version : 5.1.0.338

    1) Backup your data using BlackBerry Desktop Software

    2) Download BBSAK and install it

    3) Connect your device and hit WIPE DEVICE on BBSAK

    4) Wait for about 2 minutes until you see a 504 error messageo n your BB screen meaning there is no OS

    5) Download OS 7.1.0.714 (that's the most stable in my experience I've tried them all)

    6) search around in there forums, there are hundreds of thread on how to install an OS

    It doesn't matter, if you delete the Vendor.xml as it will be explained in the guides here, you can install any OS. They OSes are all the same, they come from RIM and work on any phone.

    Alternatively, ou can just grab the latest available OS from your carrier.

    The reason I was advising you to install 7.1.0.714 is because I've tested it for a very long time and it has amazing battery life and is stable.

    Updates:

    Currently updated the OS.
    Everything seems to be smoother.
    However these few days (before update the os) i realize the scrolling problem only happened in the morning.
    Not sure what is the reason.
    Now will wait until tomorrow to see whether problem persist.
    Will update soon.

    Guys unfortunately, even loaded suggested OS into my 9900, the problem still persist.
    However the condition did improve significantly,
    With 1 time lock and unlock the screen, the scrolling problem is gone for like a few hours.
    Do you guys think this could be the hardware problem?
