I recently just bought a bb from eBay... Apparently the guy used the bb for enterprise emails... i did the security wipe but when i try to activate my email on the email setup all i get is:
Select the type of email account type:
INTERNET MAIL ACCOUNT
ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT
Of course i chose Internet email account and this is what I get

I dont know the username or password I guess that is some sort of security feature he had on the phone how do i disable that. PLEASE I NEED HELP!!!!!!
Please don't post using such a huge font. It's difficult to read.
If you can't remember or don't know the username and password for the BIS/Email Settings, you need to call the Customer Service of your carrier and they can reset them for you.
