Hello guys,
So this is my problem, i downloaded Blackberry desktop software yesterday and when i did connect my device, something popped out telling there's a new update to my device. I did install the update but in the rebooting process, my device stuck up at 100% and after 3 mins. it says "app error 200." My conclusion is that maybe its because of the update that my device had and maybe it's not compatible. My phone is BB Bold 9780. Now i can't connect it to my Desktop software cuz my phone won't startup.

My main reason on downloading the desktop software is to fix my internet problem but now it led me to a more serious problem. I Need you Help guys T_T

Welcome to CrackBerry! The only thing you can do now is to load via loader.exe.

Loader.exe is a program that is installed when you download and install the BB desktop Software.

Look for it in the "ProgramFiles\Common files\Research In Motion\AppLoader" folder...

Sir, I also have internet problems on my phone, every time i browse on the internet using a Wifi, it says theres no "books" or something so i tried to register my phone but still the same word pop ups. I also have a FB app yet every time i run it, it says my plan doesn't support this kind of app. I'm in the process of recovering my phone right now. Thank you sir for helping me.

Sir, from the middle of installiation it saysApplication loader was unable to connect with my device and asks me to re-connect it.
