So like... I'm gonna make this as simple as i can...

I updated my blackberry to the latest version and after i did it i wanted to setup my email accounts... and as soon as I click on email accounts either my phone gets stuck or it just takes me back to the setup screen...

HELP PLEASEEEEEEE

uninstall the email application and reinstall it again... if you check couple posts around or app world you will get the OTA link for the email app...i dont think you have to downgrade you new OS..

You can't uninstall the email setup app, it's part of the core OS... and you certainly won't find it on App World.

To download and install your carrier's latest version of the email app, just open your phone browser and type the following into the top address box:-

http://YOUR CARRIER NAME.blackberry.com/rest/EmailClient
