Have you dropped your blackberry, changed housings or got debries under the keypad on that side at all? Is your warranty still valid? Has a battery pull (pulling it out, putting it back in after a few seconds) fixed it? If not, you'll need to check with your carrier about cleaning that area out. If your warranty covers it, go for it. If it's void, a repair shop can check it over.

Sadly, the warranty not valid any more. I've tried Pulling the Battery Reset, still didn't help.
