Need help
I have never posted before, so i hope i can make this make sense. My phone is always "thinking" is what i call it. The spiral that comes up in the middle of the screen, and i have to wait for it to stop before i can do anything with my phone. I always close applications when i'm done with them, so i don't know what is going on. It is really aggrivating and interfers with me making phone calls. Can anybody help ??

I don't know that much but do a battery pull and upgrade the OS. I upgraded to .266 and it is really a significant improvement.
best regards

Have you tried a battery pull? How many pictures, applications, running programs, and messages do you have on the phone? You could have a memory problem.. but I've seen instances where a simple battery pull fixes it..

What OS are you using? I upgraded to .282 and have more memory even though I have more apps and themes than I did when I was using .167.

Thank you all for the info. I installed a quick pull program that has helped, and I learned a few things from a friend that worked for at&t that a blackberry rep showed them. You hold down the alt key and type LGLG. This brings up a log of thing that are running in the background. bring up the menu and "clear log" then bring up the menu again and close it. This helps out a lot. Thanks again for the help.

Be sure to close apps from their menus, not using the red key or back button. This will have a much greater impact than clearing the log. And unless you have remapped it, the left conv key opens the app switcher which shows all open and running apps.
