I can't get desktop manager (mac) to sync all my music. I use to have almost 200 songs on my phone. I hadn't backed up in forever so I decided to back up and add some songs I had just purchased from itunes. I sync, and my song count drops to 4!! I make sure mass storage is on and sync again. It goes up to 5!! I did this over and over and still nothing! How can I get my songs back on my 9700.

Copy the music files from itunes, open your SD card to the music folder, paste the files.

mass storage mode on then drag and drop...has never failed me

Yep, best/easiest way is the old drag and drop. Itunes can be fickle sometimes and when you sync it will wipe everything.

copy the music from wherever its saved on your pc to whatever folder u like on your BB....

drag and drop is easier, but i won't lie i do prefer media sync.
