Well randomly my cursor hasnt been working right it works because it scrolls fine under the all apps, but it won't scroll anywheres else I have to use the touch screen..

Remove the Battery for about a minute or two and replace and see if the reboot fixes it. I recall having that issue a while back but don't recall what might have caused it. I could scroll the icons up/down/left/right but was stalled in apps.

The problem may be direct sun light onto the device - the pad won't work properly then... as soon as there is no direct light, all back to normal...

It's not the cursor I don't think, it's working under the apps like scrolling from ap to ap, but when I'm in pictures or anything else it wont move, unless i use the screen

Boom randomely the cursor just started working fine...
