Ok, here's the situation. My BOLD is in constant re-boot, and won't stop. ( i know there are other threads, my issue is a bit different though). It started doing this once before, after a physical battery pull. A post i saw said plug in to the charger, maybe that would help. It did, and all was well. This time, ( approx. 2 months later) I did a shift+alt+delete instead, hoping to avoid the problem of the last time...no such luck. It loads to the white screen...makes a few circles, freezes, then re-boots. I saw threads about crackmem and installing a fresh OS, but I can't because the computer loses it everytime it re-boots.
Any ideas ? Is this battery related, or software ? Anyway to wipe and re-install with it constantly re-booting ? ( i had been running .247 for a few months with no problems) I bought this online in Jan. so I have nowhere to return it to, and really need a soultion...

Is it safe to say that you still have .247 on your Bold currently? Could you explain the bit on the "computer loses the OS everytime it reboots"?
This just happened to me, I loaded an app and it went to reboot but it never completely booted and would just constantly reboot over and over. ATT is sending me out a replacement, and I had .247 on there
