    i am using a bb bold 9790.dont know wether it is a battery compliant or software compliant......pls help.
    when i pit in battery and charge it shows charging icon...but within few seconds it turns to a baattery red x logo....i tried to repai ising bb desktop manager..but it fails at connecting to jvm and shows error that cant connect to your device....pls help

    You need a new battery, an official one, not a clone. This happened years ago when I had a BlackBerry Torch.
