Install latest OS - it is included.

Depending on carrier, you are looking at a build -/+

E.g. in my region 9780M_PBr6.0.0_rel2949_PL6.6.0.236_A6.0.0.668 would be the one for your device.

Do a complete backup of your phone using BlackBerry Desktop Manager, then upgrade your OS.

I installed latest version supported in my country (argentina) the .534

came with the Docs to Go BUT "the standard version" which allows me to do nothing...

If you want to do a Word document, I believe you need to create a blank template in your computer first, then transfer it via USB cord to your phone. Once you have a template, just open it and rename it and save it. I've never used it but google it to see if that's right.

My docs to go doesn't support Microsoft office 2010 documents...it only supports through 2008 I believe. Is there a version that supports 2010?

cnct yr phn 2 yr cmp, opn the DM, g 2 da ap lst, i blv dere is docs to go as n opt to instl..

    If you can't understand that,
connect your phone to your comp, open the DM, go to the applications list, i believe there is docs to go as an option to install from there..

PS: TYPE FULL WORDS, MAKES IT EASIER FOR OTHERS TO READ! THIS IS NOT AN SMS, where you're charged if you exceed 140 characters!!!

Docs2Go is free and preloaded on andy BB7+ device (PlayBook, 9900, 9860, Z10,etc).

On OS6-, you have to download it manually from the web. To get full Docs2Go (with PDF2Go) you must buy the app.
