As much as I loved the 9900 I had for the little time it was in my possession, it is now dead!! I have tried numerous ways to revive it but to no avail. Also took it to a cellphone repair shop and no luck. So my next question is what are my options? Is there a way to sell a bricked 9900 and get some money out of it?

Where and when did you get it from. Did you get it from a carrier? If so, the carrier usually has 1 year warranty on devices
Second, what do you mean by dead. Does it flash red? Does it not boot? Does it do something funny?
Did the repair shop tell you what was wrong? Maybe the mainboard is fried? The LED isn't working? Dead battery? Water damage?
    I can't really suggest anything if I don't more.

It is well past its one year warranty.
All I get is the blinking red light nothing else. Different batteries have been tried and no water damage. I have been told it is a processor or chip problem (motherboard) and not worth trying to replace as you will probably get another 9900 for close to that price.
