    Hey everyone! I just wanted to see if this is normal. I received my bold middle of last summer and about 4 months later my mute key stopped working along with a few other keys on the keyboard. I got a new bold and a few months later the same exact thing happened with the mute key. It's like it get's worn out or something, then it just works on and off whenever it pleases. So I got a new phone after that and 2 days ago, the mute key decided it no longer wanted to work as well. I am so sick of this and I just need to know if I should try to get into a different phone or if I should stick with a replacement 9000 because I have just had bad luck. Thanks a bunch for your help!

    I did. returned it, got a new one... mute key was somewhat 'stuck', returned it, and got a new one that works flawlessly.
