music- how to tag w/ artist abd album

I loaded a bunch of music on my bold. Some of it was automatically "tagged" with the artist and album, but some of it was not- it was labeled "unknown artist".
So a simple question- how do I tag those songs with the appropriate artist and album?

I recommend Mp3tag - the universal Tag Editor (ID3v1, ID3v2, APEv2)

Media Monkey, because it allows you to search for and embed album art (as well as the tag info) all within the app.
