i dont know if there is any other possible way connect to your computer besides bluetooth. (for this kind of purpose anyways)

Isn't this bluCTRL only for BlackBerry Curve (83xx series), Pearl (81xx,82xx series) and 88xx series? Does this really work on the Bold?

Fails for the bold =/. PC and bold do not seem to pair, although some on the bluctrl forums have gotten it to work.

ok so i downloaded bluCTRL to my phone, and to my laptop. when i try to open the program on my laptop it pops up saying it isnt working, and closes.

sorry to revive an old thread, but in case anyone else still has this problem, mobimouse works pretty well from my (trial) experience. it also has the option of controlling your mouse & keyboard via wifi, if that's your sort of thing. as for laptops that don't have bluetooth, i picked up a cheap bluetooth dongle on ebay for less than a dollar shipped.
