Hello,
After a wipe using JLCmder, and reloading the handheld software, the phone comes up with the mobile network as "none". I performed another wipe, reinstalled the original AT&T software version 167. Still no mobile network.
Please help!

Battery pull - go to manage connections make sure mobile network is on.. - upgrade
Yes, three times. No change. The phone appears normal except the mobile network is "none". There's no other option when you select it.

y0us3f, you were right. I guess I did not understand you the first time. I apologize...it was a noobie mistake.
