I searched twice on this subject and found nothing.

When I go to Options > Mobile Backup > Sync Now, it takes me to a new window called "Mobile Backup Activation" where it says its Synchronizing Service but then i get a prompt that says Sync Failed.

Does anyone know how to get this to work?

I appreciate the help.
