I am on my second Bold and just noticed it does not have a Wireless Upgrade option in the Tools section. I looked everywhere. I believe the bold had an ATT platform OTA upgrade. What should I do?

Ok. Other than a battery pull , I don't know what else to suggest.

You can plug in and search via desktop manager for updates. Hope that helps.

Back your device up and then do a handheld wipe. One it re boots
You'll have it if not wipe it again and it will
Eventually pop up. I'm 100% sure of this
Because if had to wipe my device several
Times and sometimes the wireless upgrade
Isn't there so I wipe it again until it pops up

Your OS will be updated to the latest from your carrier, if it exists.

Wireless updates of a large amount of data in a process that I've not heard much about?

    Count me out!
