    I just re installed the software for my wife's Bold 990 with the assistance of Blackberry tech support but now BBM and blackberry world are missing. Short of calling tech support again, how do I get them back?

    Do you have any Bold 9900 device software installed on your computer?

    "Do you have any Bold 9900 device software installed on your computer?" Yes. We did a factory reset today with a tech from Blackberry, everything seemed good but then the email stopped working. She can receive emails but it won't send a reply. I'm pretty sure the hardware is compromised.
